Arda OSKAY was born in 1981, Ankara. His start at photography began with his father’s photography passion. He decided to improve his interest with an academical education at Kocaeli University, Faculty of Fine Arts.
Oskay succeded his education in photography at Kocaeli University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Program of Plastic Arts, Proficiency in Arts (Dr. Ph.D. Candidate). He lectured at Kocaeli University, Kandira Vocational School, between 2005 - 2008, for basic photography, advance photography, visual design and basic computer sciences.
Currently, Oskay is living at Kocaeli and continues his photography works as a freelance photographer.
